Primary Role

CE HUB
CONSTRUCTION LEAD

Olympus Services LLC holds the lead construction contract for the CE Hub S.T.R.E.A.M. Center — SLC's circular economy education facility built from two repurposed 40-foot shipping containers. Their scope spans the full build lifecycle: concrete foundation, container structural modification via precision welding, wooden awning extensions, and all six interior S.T.R.E.A.M. zone build-outs.

Olympus's welding expertise is the critical path item for the CE Hub. Every container opening — windows, doors, zone access points — requires precision structural welding to maintain container integrity while creating the open, functional learning spaces the S.T.R.E.A.M. program demands. Their concrete team simultaneously executes the foundation blueprint, pouring the six 4-inch slabs and perimeter 6-inch beams that anchor the entire structure.
